The Edenred Internal Audit department is part of the Group Finance team, reports to the Global CFO and is based at Edenred's corporate headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

MISSIONS :

As an integral member of a dynamic team of 9 professionals, in your role as a Financial and Operational internal auditor, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing worldwide audit assignments and projects on Edenred business lines and subsidiaries, by assessing the local level of risk management and alignment with Group processes and procedures,
  • Providing advice and acting as a business adviser to identify areas of improvement and best business practices across the group and for newly acquired entities,
  • Communicating efficiently with local and Group management on the work performed, issues identified, recommendations for improvement and the monitoring and validation of implemented action plans,
  • Performing ad-hoc special projects and engaging in internal audit department continuous improvement, by participating in lateral projects

In your role, you will interact with senior finance and operational executives and their teams globally. You will acquire a deep knowledge of Edenred's business activities and operations, which will place you in a strong position to evolve into internal finance and operational positions in the future.

International travel up to 40% should be expected, primarily to major cities in Europe and Latin America, to perform on-site audits and projects for an average period of two weeks.

PROFILE :

Our ideal Financial & Operational Internal auditor should have:

  • A strong academic background and relevant work experience:

o   Master level degree in business, accounting or finance

o   A minimum of 3 years of external or internal audit experience in a Big 4 firm, or in operational finance, with ideally knowledge of the Technology sector

o   International work experience

  • Language proficiency:

o   Fluency in English (both written and spoken) as the primary language used by the team.

o   A strong knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

  • Mindset and attitude:

o   Entrepreneurial, curiosity, an inquiring mind, with critical thinking and pragmatism, proactivity

o   Humility, open-mindedness, adaptability, a team player who thrives working in a multi-cultural environment

o   High level of personal ethics, self-confidence
