Credit Authorization Advisor

As credit authorization advisor, you contribute to analysis, guidance and prevention with regard to risk management operations and activities. You analyze financing applications from the non-retail client segment of high complexity, authorize them and formulate recommendations, in accordance with your delegation limits, while ensuring sound and prudent risk management. You act as a resource person and coach for financing packages and financial analysis for account managers and analysts - financing. You propose improvements for risk management and contribute to the implementation of and compliance with credit policies in effect. Your in-depth knowledge of the business area and interpersonal skills are essential. More specifically, you will be required to :

• Communicate any changes to financing standards and practices. 

• Participate in the integration of risk management deliverables. 

• Collaborate in risk quality performance management.

• Adhere to current policies, practices and standards as well as to the various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• A minimum of six years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• Knowledge of French required
