Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
RPA Business Analyst
to support a digital automation initiative within a leading organisation in Paris. You will work closely with French-speaking business stakeholders and offshore development teams to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and drive end-user adoption.

This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who enjoys process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and enabling successful delivery of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Analysis

  • Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders (in French)
  • Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Create process maps, workflows, and detailed documentation

Documentation & Translation

  • Prepare and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD)
  • Translate documentation from French to English for offshore teams
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams

Project Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams
  • Provide ongoing clarifications and resolve queries
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for RPA developers

Testing & Validation

  • Validate automation scripts and ensure alignment with requirements
  • Support UAT and defect tracking
  • Prepare test cases and documentation

Training & Change Management

  • Create user manuals in French and English
  • Conduct user training and support adoption of RPA solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst
    in
    RPA/automation projects
  • Strong background in
    process mapping and requirements gathering
  • Fluent in
    French and English
    (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with
    offshore or remote development teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive communicator

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
  • Exposure to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
