Leader international des services B2B, notre client accélère la transformation de ses processus commerciaux, marketing et CRM, en s'appuyant sur l'intelligence artificielle et les technologies innovantes pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et soutenir la croissance.

Le poste

Rattaché(e) à une entité centrale, vous pilotez la transformation des processus Sales, Marketing et CRM à l'échelle du groupe. Véritable chef d'orchestre business, vous identifiez les cas d'usage prioritaires, co-construisez la vision cible et pilotez l'exécution des projets de bout en bout, tout en permettant aux équipes d'adopter durablement de nouvelles façons de travailler.

Les questions clés du rôle

  • Comment concevoir et déployer une vision unifiée des processus Sales, Marketing et CRM au sein d'un groupe international, en identifiant les cas d'usage IA les plus générateurs de valeur ?
  • Comment transformer des irritants opérationnels en opportunités d'optimisation, puis structurer une roadmap priorisée garantissant valeur business, faisabilité et passage à l'échelle ?
  • Comment structurer et animer une gouvernance permettant d'aligner les équipes, diffuser les bonnes pratiques et faire converger les approches Sales & Marketing à l'échelle internationale ?

Les missions

  • Co-construire la vision et la trajectoire de transformation des processus Sales/Marketing/CRM.
  • Cartographier les processus existants et identifier les irritants et opportunités d'optimisation.
  • Identifier et prioriser les cas d'usage en combinant logiques bottom-up et top-down.
  • Arbitrer et maintenir le portefeuille d'initiatives en fonction de la valeur business et des interdépendances.
  • Piloter l'exécution des projets avec les équipes Data & AI, IT, Product et métiers.
  • Lancer et piloter des Proof of Value, mesurer la valeur créée et valider le passage à l'échelle.
  • Garantir la cohérence des processus métier et des outils associés dans une approche client unifiée.
  • Assurer l'adoption des nouveaux processus, outils et pratiques par les équipes.
  • Mettre en place la gouvernance et animer la communauté Sales & Marketing.

Profil recherché

  • 8–10 ans d'expérience en transformation / optimisation de process dans des environnements complexes.
  • Excellente maîtrise des enjeux d'innovation, expérience data & tech et compréhension des enjeux business IA/GenAI.
  • Solide connaissance des sujets opérationnels Sales, Marketing et CRM.
  • Capacité à construire une vision, prioriser et mobiliser des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Communication claire et impactante, adaptée au top management comme aux opérationnels.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement avec un grand nombre d'interlocuteurs cross-fonction de haut niveau.
  • Anglais courant.
