The role can be based at our Europe campus in Fontainebleau, France, or at our Asia campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place: 3 days on campus and 2 days working from home.

The Degree Programmes team at INSEAD is dedicated to delivering world-class educational experiences across our renowned MBA, EMBA, and specialized Master's/Executive Master's programmes. Encompassing key areas such as Admissions, the Career Development Centre, Student Life, and Programmes Management, the team works collaboratively to attract top talent, support participants' professional growth, and create a vibrant and engaging experience. Together, they ensure the seamless delivery of transformative learning journeys that prepare future leaders to thrive in a global environment.

Role Purpose

Own and deliver the CDC (Career Development Center) careers platform replacement project, ensuring it is delivered on time, on scope, and fully integrated with institutional systems. The role also oversees CDC scheduling operations, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence during a period of systems and process change.

Change management is embedded within project delivery to ensure that new platforms and processes are successfully implemented, adopted, and stabilised.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Replacement – Project Delivery (Primary Focus)

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CDC platform replacement project, from initiation through implementation and post–go-live stabilisation.
  • Own project governance, including scope definition, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision tracking.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and progress reporting for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Team, vendors, and internal system owners to ensure effective configuration, testing, data migration, and integration.
  • Ensure alignment with Degree Programmes strategies, institutional technology standards, and operational requirements.

Embedded Change & Adoption (Delivery-Enabling)

  • Integrate structured change management activities into the project plan to support readiness, transition, and adoption across campuses and degree programmes.
  • Identify and assess change impacts and adoption risks that could affect project success, proactively defining mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate communications, training inputs, and go-live support in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring they are sequenced to project milestones.
  • Support leaders and CDC teams in navigating change by providing clear timelines, expectations, and guidance during implementation.
  • Monitor early adoption indicators post–go-live and address issues that could undermine platform stability or user confidence.

Scheduling & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee scheduling of CDC workshops and events, working closely with the Master Scheduling team.
  • Ensure scheduling activities continue smoothly during the platform transition, minimising disruption to students and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and improve operational efficiency as part of system change.

Stakeholder & Issue Management

  • Build strong, pragmatic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across campuses.
  • Provide clear, structured updates to leadership on delivery status, risks, and required decisions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues related to systems, processes, and stakeholder usage during transition.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally involving platform or systems replacement.
  • Experience incorporating change, adoption, or transition considerations into project delivery.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills within matrixed environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines while maintaining delivery discipline.
  • Native-level English required; strong working knowledge of French is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CDC platform replacement project, from initiation through implementation and post–go-live stabilisation.
  • Own project governance, including scope definition, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision tracking.
