Let's talk about the role Coordinate the DORA regulation implementation and operational resilience topics Part of an international Operations Service team providing service to European countries Responsible for any changes in processes, systems and business model in accordance with the team strategy and all the legal entities Driving improvement across the various areas and scopeOn a day to day basis, you will
  • Manage the BAU on all the operational resilience topics
  • Answer to any internal audit issues and regulator requests in coordination with your team
  • Business Continuity Management support (BCP annual review, conduct workshops, BIA, identification of critical functions…)
  • Maintain all the documentation related to operational resilience up-to-date
  • Coordinate with all the required team the gaps with the regulations
  • Continuous improvement : Be part of the annual self-assessment regarding DORA and operational resilience 
  • Follow up of the various planning (training, testing etc.) regarding operational resilience 
  • Continuous improvement of all the operational resilience topics
  • Selection of Third parties to run scenario testing …
Who are we looking for

  • Master's degree

  • 3-5 years of experience, in an external consulting environment to be preferred within banking or insurance Autonomous, proactive and able to work under pressure

  • Very good level in English at least
  • Experience and/or strong affinity with operational regulation/legislation within the financial industry.
  • Excellent skills in communication across the various layers of the organisation
  • Appetite to change and continuous improvement
  • Team player who gets things done and meet deadlines
