Job description
Over the past three years, we have developed strong expertise in influencer marketing to support our acquisition and awareness goals. We currently collaborate with 500+ influencers and are constantly evolving our strategy.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Influencer Campaign & Recruitment Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will manage key aspects of influencer partnerships including gifting campaigns and influencer recruitment to help grow and strengthen our influencer community.
About the role
As an Influencer Campaign & Recruitment Specialist at Choose, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of influencer gifting campaigns - from identifying potential influencers, coordinating deliveries, to tracking results and making strategic recommendations.
You will also play a central role in recruiting new influencers by scouting profiles, negotiating partnerships, and building long-term relationships with our talent.
Key responsibilities:
- Gifting Campaigns: Manage influencer lists, handle outreach and follow-ups, coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, evaluate campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Influencer Recruitment: Identify potential influencer profiles, negotiate terms, and onboard new talents aligned with our brand values.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing influencers to foster loyalty and collaboration.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly KPI reports, conduct competitor and market benchmarking, and suggest optimizations to enhance campaign outcomes.
About you
- You have experience or strong interest in influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
- You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You enjoy building and maintaining professional relationships.
- You are data-driven and able to analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Native-level English or bilingual proficiency required.
