Description du poste et responsabilités

Tes principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Incarner la vision technique et donner un cap aligné avec la stratégie business et produit

  • S'impliquer dans les choix stratégiques de notre roadmap, avec notre Head of Product et nos cofondateurs

  • Garantir la qualité technique de la production, optimiser l'efficacité collective et individuelle de l'équipe Engineering

  • Recruter, accompagner et structurer une équipe en croissance, pour en tirer le meilleur

  • Porter les sujets d'innovation, et expérimenter

  • S'assurer de la scalabilité et la sécurité de notre application

Stack

  • Monolithe Ruby-on-Rails

  • Front Hotwire/ViewComponent/HTML/CSS/JS

  • Repo sur GitHub et hébergement via Heroku

  • Tests auto avec Rspec
