Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un/une Chef(fe) de Projet Senior talentueux pour mener des projets de retrofit dans un environnement international. Ce poste est rattaché au service projets de la Région 2 (Monde à l'exclusion de France, Belgique et Amérique) de l'organisation Services en charge du management des projets de rétrofit et de fourniture de nouveaux équipement alternateur, turbines, auxiliaires et contrôle commande. Le/la Chef(fe) de projets pilote l'exécution d'un projet ou d'un portefeuille de projets afin de garantir les objectifs en matière de sécurité, qualité, délai et résultats financiers. Un projet pouvant être l'exécution d'un contrat client, d'une partie d'un contrat client ou un développement interne de l'entreprise. Les clients pouvant être internes ou externes.

As part of our business growth, we are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to lead upgrade projects in an international environment. This role is opened within the project department of Region 2 (World excluding France, Belgium and Americas) of the Services organization in charge of the management of upgrade projects, including retrofit and supply of new alternator equipment, turbines, auxiliary and control systems. The Senior Project Manager drives the execution of a project or a portfolio of projects in order to guarantee the objectives in terms of safety, quality, timing and financial results. A project can be the execution of a customer contract, part of a contract, or an internal development of the company. Customers can be internal or external.

Rôle et responsabilités :

Dans le cadre de sa mission :

• Il/elle pilote un projet ou un portefeuille de projets avec un impact important pour l'organisation. Basé sur la stratégie définie par lui(elle)-même ou par le/la directeur(rice) de projet, il/elle développe et assure l'implémentation des plans d'actions dédiés à son scope ;

• Il/Elle connait parfaitement le contrat avec le client, identifie les droits et obligations de chaque partie, assure leur stricte application et anticipe les actions pour protéger nos intérêts en coordination avec les fonctions (e.g. contract management, engineering etc.) 

• Il/Elle connait et applique les process Arabelle Solutions ainsi que ceux du projet.

• Il/Elle dirige l'équipe dédiée à son/ses projets, en coordination avec les fonctions et avec le directeur de projets, et s'assure que tous les membres de son équipe connaissent leurs rôles et responsabilités respectifs et que les interfaces sont définies. 

• l/Elle contribue aux améliorations continues, apporte son support et est accompagné par les autres membres de l'équipe du projet, et partage ses idées.

• Il/Elle met en place et suit les indicateurs de performance SQDC (Sécurité, Qualité, Délais, Couts) pour son périmètre de responsabilité;

• Il/Elle identifie les besoins en ressources et expertise, les remonte aux fonctions et demande si besoin le support du directeur de projet;

• Il/Elle déclenche et applique - avec le support des fonctions - la stratégie de réclamation définie par le projet, en total transparence avec le directeur de projet, vers le client et les fournisseurs;

• Il/Elle participe aux négociations des avenants avec les fournisseurs majeurs et avec le client quand requis par le directeur de projet;

• Il/Elle prépare, pour son périmètre de responsabilités, les revues de projets. 

• Il/Elle identifie immédiatement, toute déviation qualité et planning et implique les fonctions nécessaires pour la mise en place de plan d'actions correctives & préventives;

• Il/Elle identifie et anticipe les risques sur des retards de livraison, qualité ou couts et met en place les actions nécessaires pour les limiter;

• Il/Elle contribue aux améliorations continues, apporte son support et est accompagné par les autres membres de l'équipe du projet, et partage ses idées.

•  He/she is well aware of the content of the contract with the client, identifies the rights and obligations of each party, ensures their strict enforcement and anticipates actions to protect our interests in coordination with the functions (e.g. contract management, engineering etc.) 

• He/she knows and applies the Arabelle Solutions processes as well as those of the project.

• He/she leads the project team, in coordination with the functions and with the projects director, and ensures that all members of his/her team are aware of their respective roles and responsibilities and that the interfaces are defined. 

• He/she contributes to continuous improvement, provides support and is accompanied by other project team members, and shares ideas.

• He/she establishes and monitors SQDC performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Time, Couts) for his/her scope of responsibility.

•  He/she identifies resources and expertise needs, resumes them and requests support from the project manager if necessary.

• He/she triggers and applies - with the support of the functions - the claim strategy defined by the project, in complete transparency with the project manager, to the customer and suppliers,

• He /she participates in the negotiations with the major suppliers and with the customer when required.

•  He/she prepares project reviews for the scope of his/her responsibilities. 

• He/she immediately identifies, any quality deviation and planning and involves the functions necessary for the implementation of a plan of corrective & preventive actions

• It identifies and anticipates the risks of delays in delivery, quality or costs and implements the necessary actions to limit them.  

• He/she contributes to continuous improvement, provides support and is accompanied by other project team members, and shares ideas.

Compétences :

• Diplôme BAC+5 Master école d'ingénieurs ou expérience équivalente

• Minimum 5 années en gestion de projets complexes, internationaux, multidisciplinaires, si possible dans le domaine de la production d'énergie.

• Expérience de l'exécution de projets ou commerciale dans un environnement russe

• Maitrise courante de l'anglais

• Maitrise du Russe serait un plus

• Connaissances du domaine du nucléaire

• Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite

• Solides compétences relationnelles et de leadership

• Capacité démontrée d'analyse et de résolution des problèmes

• Aptitude à travailler en équipe

• Autonomie, capacité à travailler avec très peu de supervision

• Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office 

• Maîtrise de SAP 

• Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et leadership. Capacité à travailler indépendamment. Capacité à résoudre les problèmes

Skills :

• BAC+5 Master of Engineering School or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in management of complex, international, multidisciplinary projects, if possible in the field of energy production.

• Experience in the execution of projects or business in a Russian environment

• Fluent in English

• Russian speaking would be an advantage

• Knowledge of the nuclear field 

• Solid oral and written communication skills 

• Strong relationship and leadership skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems

• Ability to work in a team

• Autonomy, ability to work with very little supervision
