Your role
is pivotal within the architecture team, focusing on the comprehensive redesign and enhancement of our data architecture.

You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing, optimizing, and modernizing our internal data processing platforms and enabling effective data sharing with customers through advanced technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Iceberg, and Delta Lake.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Data Architecture Redesign
  : Collaborate on the analysis and transformation of existing data architecture, ensuring solutions align with current and future business objectives.
• Solution Design & Implementation
  : Work as part of the team to architect and implement advanced data management solutions leveraging modern platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, including data lakehouse frameworks like Iceberg and Delta Lake.
• Internal Data Processing Optimization
  : Evaluate and enhance internal data processing workflows. Implement best practices to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of data processes.
• Customer Data Sharing Enablement
  : Design and deploy secure, efficient, and scalable data-sharing solutions. Enable seamless customer access to data via connectors, data-sharing features, or API integrations.
• Technology Innovation & Integration
  : Continuously assess, select, and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our data infrastructure to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Security & Compliance Management
  : Ensure robust security standards across all data architectures. Collaborate proactively with cybersecurity teams to meet compliance and data protection requirements.
• Scalability & Future-Proofing
  : Anticipate and accommodate future growth by creating flexible, scalable, and resilient data architectures.

You Will Bring:

• Engineering degree or Master's degree,
• 10 years of experience in
  data management and solution architecture
  , including at least
  5 years as a Data Architect
  .
• Proactive mindset with creative
  problem-solving capabilities
  .
• Demonstrated expertise in data architecture redesign and advanced data management solutions.
• Strong proficiency in platforms and technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, and Delta Lake.
• Proven track record designing and implementing robust and scalable data solutions.
• Solid experience in Data Modeling.
• Experience in cost and performance management of data platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain composed in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
