About the Role

As an SAP S/4HANA Executive Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to C-suite executives, advising on enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives with SAP S/4HANA at the heart. You will leverage deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end functional processes, the thoughtful application of AI, as well as a strong understanding of best-of-breed cloud-native applications and their role in the modern enterprise landscape. You will coach and mentor teams, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires exceptional soft skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to deliver results in complex, multicultural environments across Europe. You will also contribute to business development, growth strategy, and partner ecosystem collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic transformation leadership
    : The role involves partnering with C-suite executives to drive enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation strategies, integrating cloud-native applications, and optimizing business processes across multiple domains to realize impactful business benefits.
  • Client and team engagement
    : Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across Europe, mentoring and coaching project teams, and leading by example to ensure successful project delivery in multicultural environments.
  • Business development and delivery
    : The consultant will contribute to business growth through proposal development, defining growth strategies, pursuing new opportunities, and overseeing complex SAP S/4HANA program delivery with 30 to 50% travel across Europe.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on S/4HANA and enterprise transformation.
  • Proven track record of partnering with C-suite executives and advising on large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and how SAP S/4HANA enables digital transformation.
  • Experience with best-of-breed cloud-native applications and their integration with SAP.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, growth strategy, and partner collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of European business culture and practices.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field; SAP Certification preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, experience in leading high-impact transformation programs, cloud-native applications, business development, and multicultural team engagement.
