YOUR ROLE

Within the Transformation department of the Assets & Operations division, you will work closely with the team to support transformation projects through internal communication and change management initiatives. You will participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of communication strategies aimed at uniting teams around strategic initiatives and supporting change within the various departments.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Specifically:

  1. Internal communication:

  2. Contribute to the development of the internal communication strategy for transformation projects.

  3. Create and distribute communication materials (newsletters, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) and help run the dedicated channel on the company's internal social network.
  4. Work closely with project teams to promote key initiatives and their impact.
  5. Contribute to maintaining the Knowledge Hub, which centralises key information on departments, news and strategic initiatives, and ensure that it is regularly updated.

  6. Propose new ideas to improve communication and team engagement around transformation projects.

  7. Change management:

  8. Support the design and implementation of a change management plan for priority projects.

  9. Monitor team feedback on transformation actions, identify resistance to change and propose corrective actions.
  10. Contribute to the creation of educational materials (guides, explanatory videos, training courses) to facilitate the adoption of new practices.

Profile description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

-    You are currently enrolled in a Master's 1 or 2 programme in communication or change management. Ideally, you have some initial experience in the field.

-    You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. You have a very good command of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, MySociable, Office Design, etc.).

-    You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are proactive and dynamic.

-    Your strengths for this position will be your independence, rigour, organisational skills and team spirit.
