How will it be to work with us?

• Hands-on Aircraft Maintenance support: Assist Certifying Staff in carrying out and verifying all maintenance work required by Volotea, ensuring compliance with our MOE procedures and industry standards.
• Defect troubleshooting & rectification: Identify, diagnose, and help resolve inbound defects, as well as those discovered during routine inspections. You'll also assist in managing deferred defects efficiently.
• Ensuring safety & compliance: Verify that all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest safety standards, ensuring no non-compliances that could impact flight safety.
• Technical documentation & records: Support the accurate completion of aircraft technical logs and associated documents, making sure all maintenance details, references, and certifications are properly recorded.
• Operational support & coordination: Work closely with Volotea's Maintenance Control Center to assist aircraft experiencing technical issues, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Communication with flight crews: Ensure that flight crews receive clear instructions in the technical log when their actions are required to verify aircraft airworthiness.
• Reporting & compliance: Adhere to Volotea's internal reporting processes, including filing Technical Delay reports and Safety reports as necessary.
• Line Station maintenance & logistics: Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment by managing tools, vehicles, and facilities. Assist with the reception, storage, and shipment of parts and tooling in compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations.
• Rotating Shifts: 7AM-2PM; 5PM-11.59PM; 9PM-4AM; 12AM-7AM

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Completing an EASA Part 147 approved course or holding an EASA Part 66 License (without type rating) ensures you have the essential knowledge to work on aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Prior experience in Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control, or Airline Engineering will help you adapt quickly to our fast-paced MRO environment, where precision and reliability are key. A deep understanding of aircraft systems enables you to troubleshoot defects, perform necessary repairs, and ensure aircraft remain airworthy and compliant.
• Fluency in English and French is essential when working with international teams, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies.
• You'll be collaborating with engineers, mechanics, and flight crews daily. Strong verbal and written communication skills will ensure smooth coordination across all parties.
• Detail orientation and organization will help you manage maintenance schedules, documentation, and compliance records effectively—key for maintaining operational efficiency.
• Aviation is a dynamic industry, and being proactive, adaptable, and cooperative will help you thrive in high-pressure situations while contributing positively to the team.
• Experience using AMOS and Airbus World will enable you to efficiently handle technical documentation, track maintenance tasks, and support aircraft compliance. Familiarity with AIMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of EASA Part M, Part 145, and certifications such as EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety will help you uphold the highest safety and regulatory standards.
• Aviation never stops, and being open to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential for keeping our fleet flying smoothly.
• A valid Drivers License is needed to move between maintenance areas and responding quickly to operational needs.

Comment sera ton quotidien avec nous ?

• Communication avec les équipages : Tu t'assureras que les consignes soient claires dans le carnet technique lorsque leur intervention est nécessaire.
• Reporting & conformité : Tu respecteras nos processus internes, en rédigeant les rapports de retard technique et de sécurité si besoin.
• Organisation et logistique : Tu aideras à maintenir un environnement de travail efficace, en gérant outils, véhicules et pièces selon la réglementation EASA Part 145.
• Horaires en rotation : 7h-14h ; 17h-23h59 ; 21h-4h ; 0h-7h.

Prêt(e) à embarquer ?

Ce qui fera ta réussite dans ce poste :

• Avoir suivi un cours approuvé EASA Part 147 ou détenir une licence EASA Part 66 (sans type rating).
