Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un ServiceNow Technical Lead pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales
  • Lead technique global : architecture, conception, qualité et performance des solutions ServiceNow.
  • Coordination : encadrer l'équipe technique et gérer les intégrations, risques et dépendances.
  • Conception & Déploiement : superviser la configuration, le développement et les tests.
  • Relation client : être le point de contact technique et valider les solutions livrées.
  • Suivi & Gouvernance : garantir le respect des délais, budgets et standards ITIL/ITSM.
Profil recherchéCompétences techniques
  • Anglais courant
  • Expertise ServiceNow : ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps.
  • Maîtrise des configurations avancées (business rules, workflows, ACL, Scoped Apps).
  • Connaissance des intégrations (API REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
  • Solides bases en ITIL, gouvernance CMDB et cycle de vie projet.
Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles
  • Capacité à inspirer et guider une équipe technique
  • Savoir vulgariser des concepts techniques pour des interlocuteurs non-techniques
Expérience et formation
  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en environnement IT, dont au moins 3 ans sur ServiceNow.
