We are seeking an
Middle
Affiliate Manager
to become a part of our team.
Job Description
- Manage and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners, including negotiations and relationship ownership;
- Own campaign setup, launches, and optimization across multiple geos;
- Manage and control affiliate budgets and spend efficiency;
- Monitor traffic quality and analyze campaign performance using a data-driven approach;
- Work with traffic sources, funnels, and buying models to improve efficiency;
- Conduct partner and market research, including participation in industry events.
Qualifications
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing;
- Proven experience managing budgets of $100K+ and working with a large number of partners;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance (product-oriented approach is a plus);
- Confident user of Excel; experience with Tableau is a strong advantage;
- Solid understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and buying models;
- Ability to conduct market and partner research;
- Experience in the same vertical is not required, but will be considered a plus;
- Experience participating in industry conferences and events.
