Wanted : Senior Digital Producer Merci-Michel (Gang interactive), Digitale Experience Studio avec plus de 170 awards à son actif, est à la recherche d'un.e Sr Digital Producer pour rejoindre ses rangs

Responsabilités :

  • Conduire et superviser des projets digitaux de moyenne et grande envergure.
  • Estimer les coûts et plannings des projets lors des phases d'avant-vente ou de cadrage des projets.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes créatives et techniques pour garantir la réalisation des projets, dans le respect de la qualité, du planning et du budget.
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients en comprenant leurs besoins et en les traduisant en solutions innovantes.
  • Suivre les productions dans le détail : planning & milestones, timesheets & profitabilité, to do, livrables.
  • Identifier et anticiper les risques et opportunités liés aux projets.
  • Superviser la phase de recette et d'assurance qualité des projets, point particulièrement important chez MerciMichel.

Compétences :

  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (lu, parlé, écrit).
  • Excellente capacité à gérer des clients sur des projets complexes.
  • Compétences solides d'avant-vente et d'estimation de projets (relation client, identification des besoins et qualification des projets, recommandations commerciales…).
  • Identification du bon casting : ressources et compétences adéquates à la bonne réalisation de chaque projet.
  • Expérience en management d'équipe, interne et partenaires.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux créatifs (branding, tonalité, message).
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux et environnements techniques des projets (technologies et framework techniques, plateformes d'hébergement web, analytics…).
  • Rigueur à toute épreuve, qualité indispensable à la bonne conduite des projets avec les standards Merci-Michel.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, avec un optimisme et un enthousiasme communicatifs, pour une conduite de projet dans la bonne humeur

Expérience :

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en studio ou agence digitale.
  • Expérience avérée sur des projets grands comptes.
  • Gestion de campagnes multilingues.
  • Expertise en creative technologie, expériences immersives, narratives et interactives, installations phygitales.
