We are seeking an intern for our Generalist team which works on numerous large-scale transactional projects across Europe.

The internship will start in July 2026, for a period of 6 months. This position is based in Paris.

We'll trust you to:

• Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics
• Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models
• Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companies

You'll need to have:

• Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year at a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master's degree (Master 2) with a focus on Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering
• First internship experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance department, banking, etc.)
• An excellent command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• You are bilingual in French and English
