ACE Education, groupe leader dans la formation aux métiers de la mode, du design, de l'hôtellerie de luxe et du sport business, recherche un(e) alternant(e) créatif(ve), polyvalent(e) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre son équipe marketing en forte croissance, dans un contexte de restructuration et d'innovation.
Vos missionsIntégré(e) au pôle Content & Social Media, sous la supervision du Community Manager et du Content Manager, vous participerez activement à la création de contenus vidéo et graphiques pour les marques et écoles du groupe.
Captation vidéoRéalisation de vidéos courtes lors d'événements, shootings, interviews et contenus lifestyle ;
Préparation du matériel et organisation des sessions de tournage.
Création de formats courts dynamiques pour Instagram Reels, TikTok et formats publicitaires ;
Ajout d'effets, sous-titres, transitions et musiques adaptées aux tendances ;
Optimisation des vidéos pour chaque plateforme (ratio, durée, qualité).
Création de visuels statiques et animés pour les réseaux sociaux et supports digitaux ;
Déclinaison de campagnes publicitaires (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display) ;
Respect et adaptation des chartes graphiques des écoles et marques du groupe ;
Création de templates (posts, stories, carrousels, ads).
Participation à la conception de concepts créatifs en lien avec les univers éducation, mode, design, luxe et sport business ;
Adaptation des contenus aux codes et tendances actuelles des réseaux sociaux ;
Force de proposition sur des formats innovants, engageants et performants.
Suivi des tendances TikTok, Instagram et design graphique digital ;
Benchmark des formats performants dans les secteurs de l'éducation et du lifestyle.
