Nous recherchons notre prochain talent créatif en création de contenus

Un.e Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager pour structurer, moderniser et accélérer notre présence digitale.

Votre rôle :

  • concevoir des contenus impactants

  • développer nos plateformes (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

  • valoriser nos expertises

  • renforcer notre marque employeur auprès des talents et de nos clients.

Vous serez au cœur de la stratégie de communication, en collaboration directe avec les équipes business, management, R&D, RH et direction.

Compétences Social Media

  • Gestion complète : LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube.

  • Animation des communautés et interactions quotidiennes.

  • Veille active sur les tendances et formats émergents.

  • Planification éditoriale mensuelle / trimestrielle.

  • Création et lancement de nouveaux formats (mini-séries, capsules IA, interviews, coulisses).

Stratégie & Pilotage

  • Élaboration d'une ligne éditoriale cohérente, claire et scalable.

  • Coordination avec RH, R&D, marketing et équipes opérationnelles.

  • Organisation des captations et de la production de contenus en collaboration avec les équipes.

  • Représentation du cabinet via une communication moderne, engageante et professionnelle.

  • Mise en place d'un workflow complet : idéation → création → publication → analyse

Processus de recrutement

  1. Pré-sélection RH (visio)

Obligatoire : merci de nous envoyer vos supports créatifs (Book, moodboard, url réseaux sociaux, production de vidéos…)

  1. Étude de cas + entretien (en présentiel avec les équipes)


Hard Skills

  • Maîtrise avancée de Canva (tous formats social media)

  • Création de carrousels, templates, visuels et contenus digitaux modernes.

  • Charte graphique

  • Captation et montage vidéo (via smartphone, appareil photo ou caméra légère) :

  • vertical & horizontal

  • formats courts dynamiques (InShot, CapCut ou équivalent)

  • trends

  • Maîtrise d'outil collaboratif (Google Workspace, type Notion, Slack, Trello)

  • Très bonne connaissance : LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Business, WordPress.

  • Bonnes pratiques SEO pour contenus web & YouTube.

  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes (finance, IA, risques, régulation).

  • Notions de motion design appréciées.

  • Construction et gestion d'une ligne éditoriale multi-plateformes.

  • Suivi des analytics et optimisation des performances.

Soft Skills

  • Forte curiosité et intérêt pour l'innovation, la finance, l'IA et les tendances digitales appréciés.

  • Créativité, audace, "out of the box", storytelling, sens visuel développé.

  • Autonomie, rigueur, organisation, proactivité.

  • Compréhension des enjeux business et capacité à aligner les contenus.

  • Aisance relationnelle et coopération avec experts / consultants.

  • Adaptabilité, esprit test & learn, constance dans la production.
