Private Equity division has €7.9 billion in assets under management, and it addresses several verticals, spread among 4 core strategies: (i) Decarbonization, (ii) Regenerative Agriculture, (iii) Aerospace & (iv) Cybersecurity.


Missions :

You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions:

  • Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies
  • Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on Business Plan
  • Draft of investment memos and take part in the investment committee process
  • Provide support on portfolio companies' follow-up
  • Attend management meetings
  • Participate to fundraising strategy

The internship is Paris based.

Vous participerez à l'évaluation, au filtrage, à l'exécution et au suivi des transactions de private equity, ainsi qu'à la stratégie de développement des fonds. Vous superviserez les missions suivantes :

  • Réaliser l'analyse sectorielle, stratégique et financière des entreprises cibles.
  • Construire des modèles financiers et réaliser des analyses de scénarios sur le plan d'affaires
  • Rédiger des mémos d'investissement et participer au processus du comité d'investissement
  • Apporter un soutien au suivi des entreprises du portefeuille
  • Assister aux réunions de gestion
  • Participer à la stratégie de levée de fonds

Le stage est basé à Paris.

Profile :

  • You have superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the 'so-what,' and proactively propose the next line of inquiry;
  • You show adequate communication skills, with passionate attention to detail;
  • As a team player, you are results oriented, and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company;
  • You have a strong knowledge of financial analysis and good expertise of Excel and Power Point;
  • Previous internship experience is highly recommended;
  • Fluent in French and English;

Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a top tier school or university with a specialization in Finance.

We are currently looking for interns from July & September 2026. While applying you will be able to indicate for which time period you are applying for.

  • Vous faites preuve d'aptitudes à la communication et d'un grand souci du détail ;
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, vous êtes orienté vers les résultats et vous souhaitez vous épanouir et apprendre dans une entreprise dynamique et entreprenante ;      
  • Vous avez une solide connaissance de l'analyse financière et une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Power Point ;
  • Une expérience de stage préalable est fortement recommandée ;
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais ;

Vous poursuivez actuellement des études ou êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'une école ou d'une université de premier plan avec une spécialisation en finance.

Nous recherchons actuellement des stagiaires pour les mois de Juillet et Septembre 2026. Lors de votre candidature, vous pourrez indiquer pour quelle période vous postulez.
