Technical Sales Manager (m/f/x)
, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by combining your technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills. You will support the entire sales cycle - from identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to post-sale technical support - while expanding our presence in
France and North & West Africa
.

Your responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and expand our customer base in France and North & West Africa through acquisition and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to provide technical insights during pre-sales and sales activities, as well as with cross-functional teams such as product development, project management, after-market or marketing.
  • Provide expert consultation by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions
  • Identify and develop new market segments through competitive and market analysis.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, customer visits and visits to our test centers.

Your qualifications

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable technology-related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a related field, preferably in a technical or industrial environment (experience in the chemical, cement, or steel industries is a plus).
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • High customer orientation, self-motivation, and a willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both French and English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
