About the location:
Apline chic on the Mont s'Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family who set out to create an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation, and our 2 seasonal operations are December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

About The Role
The Spa Receptionnist is in charge of welcoming, assisting and advising our guests when they arrive at the Spa or when they make a telephone reservation, in order to offer guests a pleasant, efficient and professional welcome in line with Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do

• The Spa Receptionist must be qualified and experienced in reception and service, demonstrate good team spirit, and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of an upscale clientele.
• He/she is responsible for making telephone reservations in line with Four Seasons standards. He/she has to be familiar with the full range of treatments in order to describe them in a sincere and authentic way and to advise our guests in the best possible way.
• The Spa Receptionist is also responsible for keeping the lobby and juice bar clean and tidy.
• He/she works in close collaboration with the hotel's various departments.
• Organizational skills are also key.

What We Are Looking For
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

A first experience in a similar position and knowledge of the software Book 4 time is appreciated.

• As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)
