About Us
We are an early-stage deep-tech startup developing room-temperature sodium–sulfur batteries—a disruptive, sustainable solution for energy storage that strengthens Europe's energy independence and accelerates the energy transition.
Role
We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Scientist with strong expertise in polymer electrolytes to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute at the ground level of a high-potential innovation project.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D activities on polymer electrolyte development and integration into sodium–sulfur systems.
- Collaborate on prototype design, testing, and scaling strategies.
- Contribute to IP development and technical validation for contests, investors, and industrial partners.
- Actively participate in strategic decisions as part of the founding team.
Profile
- PhD or equivalent experience in electrochemistry, materials science, or related field.
- Proven track record in polymer electrolyte R&D (academic or industrial).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by innovation and long-term impact.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
Offer
- Equity-based co-founder position (shares/vesting structure).
- No fixed salary at this stage; compensation is primarily share-based.
- Opportunity to shape the direction of a breakthrough energy technology.
Location
France (Côte d'Azur).
