As a Senior Engineer, your work will directly support these communities by making their digital spaces faster, smarter, and more impactful.

Your Role
You'll Work Across Product And Platform Initiatives To:

• Design and build scalable backend services using Ruby, Python, , or Golang
• Lead the decomposition of our monolith into modular, service-oriented components
• Drive performance and reliability improvements, leveraging async queues, caching strategies, and data modeling
• Implement AI-powered features (personalization, automation, recommendations) in collaboration with Product and Data teams
• Elevate our internal developer experience, integrating AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and streamlining CI/CD workflows
• Engineer robust integrations with third-party APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
• Champion technical excellence across testing, observability, and system design
• Shape the technical vision, actively contributing to architecture reviews and long-term platform strategy

* About You*
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has a strong engineering backbone:

• Proficient in on of these stacks Ruby, Python, , Golang
• Track record of building high-scale backend systems (millions of users, high throughput, distributed architecture)
• Experience with service extraction and API-first designs
• Solid grasp of distributed systems, async processing, observability, and modern caching strategies
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in product or engineering contexts
• Familiar with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and modern DevOps tooling
• Collaborative, thoughtful communicator who enjoys leading cross-functional technical efforts
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
