You join our team, which is looking for a ESG Strategist, for an internship of 6 months from March 2026.

Within the Sustainable Transitions Management team at Ostrum AM, you participate in numerous projects developed in connection with the development of socially responsible investment processes. This internship will allow you to participate in very diverse missions by building expertise in the field of ESG.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: :

• Conduct issuer analyses from an extra-financial/and or ESG controversy analysis point of view;
• Work upstream of exclusion committees (notably Worst Offenders) to ensure the monitoring of lists and the preparation of files;
• Carry out missions related to the commitment of issuers;
• Perform ESG Policy or Practice Benchmarking;
• Contribute to the writing of presentations or internal documents on ESG topics;
• Contribute to the drafting of reports on prospective themes and topics, upstream of the implementation of new analysis methodologies or new ESG policies;
• Other one-off assignments related to ESG data analysis, for example.

Student. a level of Bac +4/5, you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance or Sustainable Development.

You demonstrate a strong interest in Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) and possess great initiative.

You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and meet sometimes short deadlines. You have a strong ability to synthesize complex topics.

Your relational qualities are essential for collaborating with all the stakeholders of Management.

You master office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and the Office suite, including Teams, thus facilitating your productivity.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
