Introductie
Bij RWG zoeken we een ervaren Project Lead die barst van energie en graag uitdagende technische projecten tot een succes maakt. Jij bent van start tot oplevering verantwoordelijk voor projecten die onze terminal nóg slimmer en efficiënter maken. Denk aan grote vervangingen, verbouwingen, infrastructuuraanpassingen en herstelwerkzaamheden na calamiteiten. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat RWG continu klaar is voor de toekomst.
Als Project Lead ben jij de spil in het realiseren van uiteenlopende projecten. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering, bewaakt de planning en het budget en stemt continu af met interne en externe stakeholders. Je bent niet alleen een organisator, maar ook een verbinder die het overzicht bewaart en knopen durft door te hakken.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Leiden van projecten van start tot oplevering en nazorg;
- Opstellen van projectplannen en financiële rapportages;
- Uitvoeren van aanbestedingen en onderhandelingen in samenwerking met Procurement;
- Aansturen van contractors en coördineren van werkzaamheden;
- Afstemmen van beslissingen met interne en externe stakeholders.
Functie-eisen
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting; Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek;
- Ervaring met projectmanagement en bij voorkeur Prince2/IPMA-certificering;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;
- Organiserend vermogen en gevoel voor verhoudingen binnen een complexe organisatie;
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken;
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een containerterminal is een pré.

- Een brutosalaris op basis van een fulltime aanstelling (38,75 uur) van max €7.466 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring;
- 8% vakantiegeld en 28 vakantiedagen per jaar;
- 65 ADV uren;
- Max €225,- reiskostenvergoeding;
- Variabele prestatiebonus en een winstuitkering;
- Pensioenregeling;
- Bijdrage in ziektekosten.
