Anglophone Head of Afterschool Program

Eclosia School – Paris 15th

Eclosia School is a French-American Montessori school located in Paris 15th, near Porte de Versailles and Convention. We welcome children from Preschool to Primary School, as well as in our Afterschool Program. The school opened in September 2021 and continues to grow in a caring, bilingual, and child-centered environment.

We are currently seeking a qualified, English-speaking Head of Afterschool Program to lead our extracurricular activities.

Position Overview

The Head of Afterschool Program is responsible for preparing, organizing, and leading engaging and age appropriate activities for children during:

  • Weekdays: 4:15 pm – 6:45 pm
  • Wednesdays: 8:15 am – 6:45 pm
  • School vacation camps: full days during holiday weeks

This is a part-time position to start, with potential for development.

Age Groups

  • During the school year: children aged 2 to 6 years old
  • During vacation camps: children up to 9 years old

Required Profile

  • Experience working in Montessori environments
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Proven experience with young and very young children (from 2 years old)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Dynamic, creative, organized, warm, and caring personality
  • Comfortable communicating with parents
  • A strong team player
  • Good understanding of French is a plus

Additional Skills (Appreciated)

  • Yoga, music, or the ability to play a musical instrument
