Responsabilités principales

  1. Gestion des projets

  2. Établir et maintenir les procédures et rapports : Définir les standards de planification, créer les rapports internes et externes nécessaires, et garantir leur conformité.

  3. Superviser les livrables de planification : Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des plannings, des jalons et des chemins critiques.
  4. Suivi et anticipation des risques : Identifier les retards potentiels, analyser les impacts et proposer des plans de redressement en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
  5. Coordination avec les équipes projet : Consolider les données des planificateurs internes et partenaires dans le planning directeur intégré (IMS).
  6. Interface client : Représenter le projet auprès du client pour toutes les questions liées à la planification et participer aux négociations contractuelles.

  7. Contribution au service Planning

  8. Support en phase d'appel d'offres : Préparer et suivre les plannings pour les propositions commerciales (TTS).

  9. Implémentation des processus et outils : Garantir la bonne application des standards sur les projets assignés.
  10. Amélioration continue : Identifier les évolutions nécessaires des processus et outils, et contribuer à leur développement.
  11. Gestion des risques et opportunités : Mettre en place des mécanismes pour anticiper les impacts sur les délais et informer les responsables concernés.

  12. Management d'équipe

  13. Encadrement hiérarchique : Superviser une équipe de planners dédiés aux projets et aux actions transverses.

  14. Développement des compétences : Identifier les besoins en formation, accompagner la montée en compétence et réaliser les entretiens professionnels.
  15. Recrutement et intégration : Participer activement au recrutement des collaborateurs et à leur intégration.
  16. Motivation et communication : Maintenir un climat positif, valoriser les succès et partager la stratégie projet de manière transparente.

  17. Autorité et prise de décision

  18. Organiser et animer les réunions de suivi planning.

  19. Décider des ajustements stratégiques sur les plannings internes et externes.
  20. Coordonner les besoins en ressources pour garantir la performance des projets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Project Management

  2. Establish and maintain procedures and reports
    :
    Define planning standards, create required internal and external reports, and ensure compliance.

  3. Supervise planning deliverables
    :
    Monitor the quality and consistency of schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
  4. Risk monitoring and anticipation
    :
    Identify potential delays, analyze impacts, and propose recovery plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  5. Coordination with project teams
    :
    Consolidate data from internal planners and partners into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  6. Client interface
    :
    Represent the project to the client for all planning-related matters and participate in contractual negotiations.

  7. Contribution to the Planning Department

  8. Bid phase support: Prepare and monitor schedules for commercial proposals (TTS).

  9. Process and tool implementation: Ensure proper application of standards on assigned projects.
  10. Continuous improvement: Identify necessary enhancements to processes and tools, and contribute to their development.
  11. Risk and opportunity management: Implement mechanisms to anticipate schedule impacts and inform relevant stakeholders.

  12. Team Management

  13. Hierarchical supervision: Lead a team of planners assigned to projects and transversal activities.

  14. Skills development: Identify training needs, support skill development, and conduct performance evaluations.
  15. Recruitment and onboarding: Actively participate in hiring and integrating new team members.
  16. Motivation and communication: Maintain a positive work environment, recognize achievements, and transparently communicate project strategy.

  17. Authority and Decision-Making

  18. Organize and lead planning review meetings.

  19. Make strategic decisions regarding internal and external schedule adjustments.
  20. Coordinate resource needs to ensure project performance.
