We are seeking a dedicated RETEX Engineer to join our team in Vitrolles, ensuring the collection, consolidation and analysis of in‑service technical events and customer feedback (incidents, reliability data, repair reports) to drive product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze and interpret technical data (WebTEK, Major Incidents, reliability datasets, repair sheets).
Feed and maintain the RETEX database, prioritize topics and produce relevant KPIs/dashboards.
Identify recurrent issues and propose corrective/preventive actions with Support Experts and Design Office.
Present key topics to Project Support Officers (PSO) and promote Product Improvement (PiP/MiP) studies.
Launch and track Engineering Change Requests (ECR) when applicable.
Verify effectiveness of implemented design solutions on the in‑service fleet.
Share lessons learned across programs and stakeholders; ensure capitalization of knowledge.
Deliver RETEX deliverables (Experience Reports, RETEX Notes, consolidated tables).
Required Skills & Experience
Education / Experience:
• Engineering degree in aerospace field, or BTS/Licence with relevant experience in aeronautics.
Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of helicopter architecture and operations.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in data structuring, analysis and synthesis; proficiency with Excel/analytics tools.
• Experience with WebTEK, ORION, SAP, Windchill, GIM, Bflow, Child Neo, TIPI, SCDM, Spotfire is a plus.
Soft Skills:

Detailed Responsibilities
• Operate the RETEX process: capture, qualify and code each technical event for traceability.
• Build and maintain prioritization matrices (severity, frequency, customer impact) and associated KPIs.
• Lead root cause analyses in coordination with Support Experts and Design Office; formalize action plans.
• Prepare and present RETEX reviews to stakeholders (PSO, DO, S&S, Quality).
• Create ECR dossiers with supporting evidence (data extracts, trends, test/field feedback).
• Track implementation status of modifications; verify effectiveness on fleet through post‑implementation monitoring.
• Industrialize lessons learned and ensure cross‑program dissemination.
• Ensure compliance with configuration management and data governance rules (security, confidentiality).
