LOCATION

The internship is located at the Pacy plant.

YOUR MISSIONS

You will join our Group Industrial Performance Department, and more specifically, work at the Pacy industrial site, participating in projects aimed at improving the performance of the Group's industrial operations.

Your main missions will include:

• Building a mapping of material losses at the production site as part of the Pacy plant's industrial team
• Identifying material losses, analyzing their causes with the performance team and production teams, and proposing improvement action
• Facilitating working groups with the production team
• Implementing measures (tools or data collection) to quantify and qualify losses, better characterize them, and enable the allocation of financial resources to reduce them
• Setting up monthly, weekly, and daily Material Balance reports in the three workshops: dairy, manufacturing, and packaging
• Monitoring and validating the material balances in each workshop
• Identifying opportunities to reduce material losses aligned with the site's strategic planning

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a student on a gap year or in your final year of studies, pursuing a degree in food engineering.
• You have a strong interest in the agri-food sector (dairy, cheese) and in production.
• You have a good command of Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• You are able to provide an internship agreement.
