TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD (H/F)

Actual Talent, Talent Acquisition Partner du groupe Actual, 5e acteur sur le marché de l'emploi en France, accompagne son client LESFURETS, groupe international de haute technologie spécialisé dans les domaines de l'aéronautique (propulsion, équipements et intérieurs), de l'espace et de la défense, dans le recrutement d'un(e) Technical Team Lead à Paris

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Chez lesfurets, le Technical Team Lead joue un rôle central : il est le garant de la modernisation, de l'évolution et de la maintenabilité du périmètre confié à son équipe.

Doté d'une solide capacité d'analyse, vous savez comprendre les besoins métier, concevoir les solutions les plus adaptées et guider votre équipe dans leur mise en œuvre.

Votre expertise technique vous permet d'échanger avec des profils variés (back, front, data, sécurité, infra) tout en gardant une proximité avec nos utilisateurs et nos équipes métiers, afin de transformer leurs ambitions en réalité.

MISSIONS :

  • Couvrir, avec la Squad, composée de 4-5 développeurs et un Product Owner, l'analyse, le développement, la validation et la maintenance de nos produits et projets transverses.
  • Manager et accompagner l'évolution de développeurs motivés
  • Travailler en collaboration constante avec les équipes Produit pour améliorer continuellement le produit
  • Renforcer les bonnes pratiques de développement (Code Review, TDD, BDD …)
  • Participer à une communauté de Tech Leads soudés pour préparer le futur de notre plateforme.
  • Être un ambassadeur de la tech auprès des autres entités de l'entreprise (Product Manager, Marketing, Commerciaux, etc.).
  • Garantir les engagements pris par l'équipe et savoir prioriser la roadmap technique.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous avez au moins 5-6 ans d'expérience dans le développement et vous avez idéalement déjà une expérience en management d'équipe
  • Vous avez une expérience significative en développement Backend en Java et Frontend en React & TypeScript.
  • « Pair Programming », « Code Review », automatisation des tests n'ont pas de secret pour vous.
  • Vous maitrisez GIT (feature branching & continuous merge).
  • L'écosystème Cloud ne vous est pas inconnu.
  • Vous avez travaillé sur une large base de code
  • Vous savez penser vos choix de solutions dans une logique de long terme et de scalabilité.
  • Vous comprenez les contraintes des autres métiers de l'IT (sécu, infra, data …).
  • Vous aimez faire de la veille et vous vous tenez au courant des nouvelles méthodologies et des avancées technologiques liées à votre métier.
  • Vous avez une appétence pour l'architecture et voulez contribuer au découpage d'un monolithe.
