- Develop digital content by writing engaging content for email, text, and other needed digital communication.
- Create graphic design in a communication platform by determining the layout, imagery and icons to build engaging communication.
- Develop Web Content and functionality for CTAs to ensure communication is connecting to the correct location and driving traffic to needed detail.
- Analyze all metrics to understand the effectiveness of communication. Test and learn to ensure we are being impactful in our space.
- Measure communication performance by developing and analyzing reports to show the impact of communications to leadership and providing recommendations for areas of improvements.
- Manage technical issues with the platform, build automated journeys.
- Perform communication tests to build a variety of paths for engagement to determine the most impactful path.
- Project manage the cross functional communication calendar ensuring orchestration with communication and managing tactic deployments to reduce overlap while ensuring are met.
License/Certification: Salesforce Marketing Certificate would be preferred but is not requiredPay Range: $68, $123,700.00 per year
Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
