Electrification Systems is implementing a new planning & scheduling solution to respond to support the business in their stake of getting a better production planning and accurate scheduling.
The Sr. Technical Product Manager will lead the technical deployment of the Planning & Scheduling Solution (SynAPS) across multiple manufacturing sites for Electrification Systems. This role requires close collaboration with the system integrators, vendors, and internal business teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
The Sr. Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining technical requirements, driving execution, and ensuring the successful deployment of the tool.Job Description
Rôle et Responsabilités :
- Diriger les aspects techniques du déploiement de l'outil de planification et d'organisation sur les différents sites de production
- Définir les exigences techniques, la stratégie d'intégration et l'architecture du système en collaboration avec l'équipe DT, les intégrateurs, les fournisseurs et les équipes commerciales
- Superviser et piloter les efforts d'intégration des systèmes, en garantissant la compatibilité avec les systèmes existants
- Fournir une supervision technique, apporter des conseils et un mentorat aux équipes inter fonctionnelles
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe d'intégrateurs pour s'assurer que le processus est documenté et que les efforts d'intégration sont transférés pour les implémentations futures
- Être l'expert(e) technico-fonctionnel de la solution
Profil recherché/ Compétences requises :
- Diplômé(e) dans le domaine informatique, ingénierie ou dans un domaine technique connexe
- Expérience professionnelle dans l'architecture de solutions, l'architecture de données
- Sens de l'innovation, intégration/ implémentation de nouveaux processus ou technologies
- Capacité à partager ses opinions et à présenter ses arguments en s'appuyant sur des données
Compétences souhaitées :
- Expérience préalable sur un projet/un programme lié à la production
- Expérience sur la configuration de solutions complexes, avec implications financières
- Autonomie dans la priorisation des tâches et dans la suppression des blocages
- Compétences en communication verbale et écrite, en particulier avec des équipes commerciales et des clients
- Vous êtes structuré(e), dotée d'un bon sens de l'organisation et vous êtes axé(e) résultats
- Compréhension de la vision d'une organisation et comprendre comment les objectifs personnels y contribuent
- Capacité à s'adapter à un nouvel environnement et à l'évolution des besoins
- Passionné(e) par la conduite de la transformation numérique dans le secteur de la production

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the technical aspects of Planning & Scheduling Tool deployment across manufacturing sites
Define technical requirements, integration strategy, and system architecture in collaboration with DT, Integrators, Vendors, and Business Teams
Oversee and drive system integration efforts, ensuring compatibility with existing enterprise systems.
Provide technical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
Work closely with the integrator team to ensure process is documented and integration effort is transferred for future implementations
Be the techno-functional expert of the solution
Required Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience with the following: Solution Architecture, data architecture,
Innovative, integrating new processes or technology.
Communicates opinions and presents clear rationales using data.
Desired Characteristics/Skills:
Experience in Manufacturing Project/Program is preferred.
Experience with complex solution configurations and cost implications.
Autonomous in prioritizing tasks and removing roadblocks.
Verbal and written communication skills, particularly with business teams / customers.
Structured, organized, and result oriented.
Understands the organization's vision and how personal goals contribute.
Adapts to new environments and changing requirements.
