IT Manager / Head of Solutions – Creative Industry – Paris
We are partnering with a leading French creative company, internationally recognized and driven by a strong cultural mission. Operating at the intersection of technology, creativity, and innovation, the organization manages over €1B annually to support artistic creation and its ecosystem.
As part of a major IT modernization and the redesign of core systems, we are looking for an
IT Manager / Head of Solutions
to lead one of the most
critical and strategic IT domains
within the CIO organization.
This is a highly visible role, with responsibility for business-critical applications and cross-functional solutions, covering IT governance, delivery, budget ownership and close business partnership.
The role requires a strong IT generalist with the ability to operate across domains, rather than a narrow technical specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 20+ internal staff, including Product Managers, Product Owners and development teams
- Own domain roadmaps, governance and budget aligned with IT and business priorities
- Ensure value delivery, performance and technical consistency across critical applications
- Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders and senior management
- Promote agile, product-driven and collaborative practices
Your Profile
- Proven experience managing large, transversal IT teams in complex environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, governance and budget management
- Excellent stakeholder management and business orientation
- Broad IT leadership mindset with strong execution capabilities
