Rôles et responsabilités

Préparer, coordonner et piloter les arrêts techniques planifiés (PMP) en garantissant le respect des standards techniques, budgétaires et HSE :
- Préparer les spécifications techniques, le budget et le planning des PMP
- Superviser les chantiers, les fournisseurs et les opérations de la supply chain
- Assurer le suivi et reporting technique et financier pendant et après les PMP
- Veiller à la sécurité HSE de toutes les parties prenantes pendant les opérations
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de maintenance et au respect des standards Bourbon :
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus du département technique

Prepare, coordinate and manage planned maintenance periods (PMP) ensuring compliance with technical, budgetary and HSE standards :
- Prepare technical specifications, budget and planning for PMPs
- Supervise shipyard work, suppliers and supply chain operations
- Ensure technical and financial follow-up and reporting during and after the PMP
- Ensure HSE safety of all stakeholders during operations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices and Bourbon standards:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical department processes
Profil
Maîtrise du système de gestion de la maintenance Bourbon et des normes HSE
Connaissance de la réglementation maritime (ISM/SOLAS/MARPOL codes and conventions) équipements DP et de la propulsion diesel-électrique
Capacité à établir des spécifications techniques et piloter un chantier
Gestion de projet, coordination multi-intervenants et reporting budgétaire
Leadership, pédagogie, communication orale et gestion des priorités
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français à l'oral et à l'écrit

Mastery of Bourbon maintenance system and HSE standards
Knowledge of maritime regulations (ISM/SOLAS/MARPOL codes and conventions) DP equipment and diesel-electric propulsion
Ability to prepare technical specs and manage a dry dock
Project management, multi-stakeholder coordination and budget reporting
Leadership, teaching, oral communication and priority management
Fluent in both spoken and written English and French
