Enterprise customers in banking, insurance, and manufacturing already rely on us to secure their GenAI initiatives.You'll contribute to build the next chapter: grow the enterprise sales motion, shape the go-to-market playbook, and close flagship deals in one of Europe's most strategic regions.MissionsReporting directly to Giskard's CEO, yourkey responsibilitieswill include (but are not limited to):Drive pipeline generation by building and maintaining strong pipeline coverage to meet revenue goals, through strategic account-based prospecting, working inbound leads, collaborating with partners and the ecosystem, and leveraging trade shows & events.Lead qualification and demos: deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the challenges of large enterprises, while continuously educating prospects on the business value of Giskard's enterprise AI security platform.Develop trusted advisor relationships with GenAI and cybersecurity leaders, ensuring they clearly understand the depth and ROI of Giskard's value proposition.Manage complex deal cycles involving multi-stakeholder procurement processes, security reviews, and legal negotiations.Provide structured feedback to the product team to help shape the roadmap with insights from the field.Maintain high-quality visibility on pipeline health and revenue forecasts in the CRM.Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, while giving transparent updates and proactively seeking product and management's support when neededRequirementsFluent in English and another European language, with professional proficiency in both; French is a plusAt least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales at fast-growing B2B tech companies, focused on hunting, owning a quota, and delivering consistent performanceProven track record of selling high-value (>100 K€) ARR deals to several large corporations headquartered in the EMEA region, using a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales approachComfortable engaging in technical conversations with AI engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams, and able to translate technical depth into clear business value and risk reductionStrong ability to learn and execute quickly, with a coachable, feedback-driven mindsetCreative communication to stand out in your prospecting activities and a problem-solving attitude to unblock deals stuck in the pipelineExperience using modern AI-enabled prospecting and CRM tools; bonus points for experience with revenue intelligence or developer intent toolsGenuine curiosity about new developments and trends in Generative AI, and how they impact enterprises and societyLocation: You can be based anywhere in Europe but must be able to travel to our Paris HQ at least once per month for 1-2 days.You must hold a valid EU work permitRecruitment processFit interview: 15 minutes.Case study exercise, to be completed within 10 days.Case study interview: 45 minutes.Reference calls with 2 former managersFinal interview at the Paris office: 45 minutesBenefitsCompensation & shared successBase salary: 60-75 K€ per year, based on experienceCommission: 10% on new ARR paid & signed dealsEquity: 0.1%Flexibility & supportWe'reremote-flexbecause we believe great work happens when you have balance.
