Rattaché(e) à l?équipe Delivery, vous êtes responsable du pilotage opérationnel et stratégique d?un contrat client. Vous garantissez la bonne exécution des engagements contractuels, financiers et qualitatifs, et contribuez à la performance globale du compte.

Missions principales

Superviser la delivery end-to-end d?un contrat ou d?un périmètre défini.

Garantir la performance, la conformité et l?efficacité opérationnelle.

Coordonner les équipes internes et partenaires.

Identifier les leviers d?amélioration continue et d?optimisation des coûts.

Développer la relation client par des actions d?up-sell et de cross-sell.
