About the Role:
As a Marketing Operations Manager at Greenly, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes and technology stack. Your expertise will empower our marketing team to maximize their impact on revenue and contribute significantly to our mission of managing 1 billion tons of carbon.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Technology Support : You will help manage the "stack" of software the team uses. This includes : system audits (checking that the integration between tools is working correctly) and tool management (setting up user seats, troubleshooting issues, or exploring new features)
- Data Hygiene & Database Management : In SaaS, "data is king." You will be the guardian of lead quality.
- Reporting & Analytics: You help the team understand if their work is actually making money. This includes : dashboarding (building or updating reports in Excel, Google Sheets, or the CRM to track KPIs like MQLs, SQLs...) and funnel Analysis (Helping track a customer's journey from their first click to their final purchase.)
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Operations teams on strategic projects to improve overall business health.
Skills Required To Succeed
- Familiarity with CRM & Automations tools
- Used to work with AI
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Meticulous attention to detail: In ops, one small typo in a tracking link can ruin the data for a $10,000 campaign.
- Process oriented thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Proactive, curious, and unafraid to dive deep into challenges.
