Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract Software Engineers.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and create job descriptions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Utilize various platforms and tools for candidate sourcing, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Facilitate interview processes and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software engineering roles and technical competencies.
