About the Job
You'll be responsible of purchasing for Byproduct categories, in Paris. It covers an extensive portfolio from Jewelry, Small Leather goods, bags, Home Textile, Tea, Apparel and objects. Byproduct categories are retail products. You'll work closely and exclusively with Byproduct team – project managers for each category, and suppliers, as well as Operations team in Puig – supply chain team.
Your main missions will be to coordinate the Byproduct categories projects with the suppliers and the internal teams, and to guarantee the purchasing logistic according to availability date.
Reporting: Direct report to a Byproduct development Director and work directly with Byproduct product managers and various internal partners.
Ce que vous aurez à faireYou will also be in charge of:
- Understanding brand product needs.
- Managing and following up suppliers to be compliant with Puig conditions (payment, logistic, SAP).
- Quoting and negotiating prices respecting the target cost or generating saving.
- Elaborate and follow retro planning and ensure effective delivery.
- Issue Inventory purchase orders in SAP to be shared with suppliers.
- Managing purchasing data in SAP (info record, source list, logistic information, references status..).
- Solving ordinary matters such as quality problems or invoice issues.
- Follow up on invoices for inventory.
- To monitor and control stock levels with supply chain for replenishment orders for permanent references.
- Guarantee quality and product industrialization.
- Handling Markings / export certifications / product registration compliance.
- Experience: 2 years of previous experience in Purchasing.
- Education: University degree. Purchasing master will be a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French. Spanish would be a plus.
- Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, Influencer, Communication, Creativity, Learning agility, Good relational, Problem solver.
- Specific Knowledge required: Special sensitivity for Lifestyle and fashion trends.
- Software: SAP knwoledge is a must.
