AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) est un gestionnaire d'actifs de premier plan proposant une gamme d'opportunités d'investissement diversifiée dans les classes d'actifs traditionnelles et alternatives. Avec nos produits, nous cherchons à diversifier et à faire fructifier nos portefeuilles, tout en offrant à nos clients de la valeur et des performances d'investissement sur le long terme. AXA IM gère environ 844 milliards d'euros d'actifs, dont 480 milliards d'euros intégrant des critères ESG, durables ou à impact, à fin décembre 2023. Nous nous sommes engagés à atteindre l'objectif de zéro émission de gaz à effet de serre d'ici 2050 pour l'ensemble des actifs éligibles, ainsi qu'à intégrer les considérations ESG dans nos activités, de la sélection des titres à nos actions et notre culture d'entreprise. A fin décembre 2023, AXA IM emploie plus de 2 700 collaborateurs répartis dans 23 bureaux et 18 pays. DÉCOUVREZ votre opportunité Description du Département L'équipe Talent Attraction est une équipe de 12 personnes, basée entre Londres et Paris. Créé en 2014, elle est en charge de tous les recrutements internes et externes pour toutes les localisations (Paris, Londres, Etats-Unis et Asie). Le stagiaire apportera une aide opérationnelle à l'équipe Campus, en charge du recrutement des stagiaires, apprentis et VIE en France et à l'étranger. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Apporter une aide administrative et opérationnelle à l'équipe Campus (publication d'offres, gestion des systèmes de recrutement) Gestion du recrutement en stages, alternances, VIEs en toute autonomie : Identifier les candidats à travers un tri de CV sur l'outil de recrutement Réaliser des entretiens de recrutement et rédiger des comptes rendus au managers Formuler l'offre de recrutement aux candidats Assurer le lien entre l'équipe Campus et l'équipe HR Operations en charge de la création de l'administration du personnel Pré-qualification téléphonique et compte-rendu Qualifications PARTAGEZ votre expérience unique Bac 3/Bac 4/Bac 5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe, et volonté de s’impliquer Autonomie, rigueur, organisation Anglais courant exigé Maîtrise du Pack office Une première expérience en recrutement dans un environnement international est un atout considérable. #JoinUs
