Position Overview - Fixed Term Contract (12 Months) Are you passionate about HR and eager to make a difference in a dynamic, international environment? As a Senior Associate you'll play a key role in supporting our People Function in France, with a particular focus on LCH SA activity. You'll help implement people strategies, support HR operations, and contribute to projects that shape the future of our organisation. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of people strategies and transformation initiatives in France, ensuring alignment with both local and global priorities. Assist with change management and organisational development activities, including restructuring, M&A, and performance enablement. Contribute to in-country talent planning by helping to build and strengthen internal and external talent pipelines, supporting succession planning and talent identification. Promote colleague development by leveraging enterprise learning offerings and supporting the growth of future skills and capabilities. Drive colleague engagement and advocacy, embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives and supporting a positive employee experience. Ensure compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in collaboration with our Employee Relations colleagues. Deliver consistent and impactful HR experience efficiency and service across departments and business, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management together with our People Services & Solutions Team. Provide first-line support on employment practices, compliance, and regulatory matters, addressing issues as needed. Collaborate with People Services & Solutions, Business People Partners, and Centres of Expertise to ensure seamless, consistent and reliable HR service delivery. Contribute to the adoption of digital self-service models and support the transition to new HR operating models. Desired Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in Human Resources, some previous HR experience is a plus. Understanding of French employment law and HR practices. Strong communication and partnership skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic, international environment. Integrity, excellence, and a passion for making a difference. Digital savvy and analytical thinking. Adaptability to change, including new processes and technology.
