Contexte du stage Au sein de Murex, les équipes de développement suivent la méthodologie SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Pour appliquer cette méthodologie, les équipes utilisent Jira, un outil de gestion de projet et de suivi des tickets qui permet de planifier, organiser et suivre les tâches au même endroit. Jira permet aussi de produire des statistiques comme le « cycle time » des tickets, le nombre de bugs signalé/corrigé, le respect des délais de développement, etc. Ce stage d'une durée de 2 à 3 mois se déroulera au sein de l'équipe « Distribution » qui met à disposition des outils de structuration, de personnalisation et d'automatisation sur les contrats financier. Objectifs du stage Dans le cadre de l'amélioration du suivi de nos projets et de la mise en place d'outils internes facilitant la gestion de l'avancement, nous souhaitons développer un logiciel capable de : Visualiser l'évolution des tickets Jira au fil du temps. Générer automatiquement des rapports journaliers synthétisant les changements survenus (statuts, commentaires, transitions). Construire un historique permettant d'obtenir des statistiques long terme (vues hebdomadaires, mensuelles ou personnalisées). Missions Étude de l'API Jira et définition des données pertinentes à collecter. Développement du module d'extraction automatique et incrémentale des mises à jour des tickets. Conception d'un système de sauvegarde historique permettant l'analyse statistique. Développement d'une interface de visualisation (dashboard, vues personnalisables). Mise en place de génération automatique de rapports journaliers . Intégration d'un générateur ou mise à jour automatique d'un diagramme de Gantt reflétant l'avancement réel des tâches. Tests de l'outil avec le manager de l'équipe, documentation et packaging de l'outil pour une utilisation interne « plug-and-play ». Compétences recherchées Etudiant(e) en 2ᵉ année d'école d'ingénieur ou en 1ère année de Master, dans le domaine de l'informatique. Bonnes connaissances en programmation (Powershell, Python, ou autre langage adapté). Le ou la stagiaire reste libre de choisir une autre technologie tant qu'elle respecte les contraintes de simplicité et de déploiement. Intérêt pour le développement d'outils internes, l'automatisation et la visualisation de données. Sens de l'ergonomie et de l'expérience utilisateur. Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'analyse et capacité à communiquer efficacement.
