Responsibility • \tParticipate in customer's meeting with account managers, for the purpose of collecting and analyzing customers' requirement• \tResponsible for technical solution design and validation in the whole project life cycle• \tExecute efficient communications with customer as technical point of contact• \tManage the project scope boundary, identify the risks in the presale stage, and manage the identified risks.• \tInteract with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors.• \tEstablish the technical solution design with an optimized cost by collaborating with procurement team• \tEdit technical proposal part of RFP documents• \tLead the technical solution validation and testing in the Proof-of-concept phase• \tLead the troubleshooting session with engineers, partners, and customers during the service implementation• \tTechnical escalation contact for service managementRequirements • \tBachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering/Telecommunications or related disciplines• \t5-8 years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry• \tFamiliar with telecom product such as: IPLC/IEPL/MPLS VPN/SDWAN/DIA/IP Transit• \tExcellent knowledge of communication/networking protocols such as TCP/IP, IPsec, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, SNMP. CCIE or any equivalent certificate would be a plus• \tAcknowledge and experiences in ICT projects• \tExcellent analyzing and troubleshooting skills• \tPositive mindset, self-motivated, organized and team working spirit• \tExcellent written and verbal communication skills• \tFluency in French, English and Mandarin
