Those programs and tools are aimed to ensure effective risk management during equipment manufacturing at fixed facilities, construction and commissioning phases on the projects by guaranteeing that our supervisors and site HSE managers have access to the best safety competencies, standardized methods, and innovative training tools to master operational risks effectively.Consolidation and review of existing practices at E&C but also in the Group.Develop a training module (visual aids, facilitator guides, interactive videos) aimed at transforming technical experts into effective HSE session facilitators.Create teaching scenarios based on real-life cases (lifting, working at height, electrical risks) encountered on our international construction sites.Propose and test innovative solutions (e-learning, digital tools) to modernise learning and skills monitoring.Explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can assist in the drafting of JHA or predictive risk analysis during training.Participate in field visits or project review workshops to adjust the module to operational realities.Are you a MATCH? Air Liquide is "Happy Trainees" certified. Start date: March/April 2026. Duration: 6 months.You have a strong command of HSE, you have a solid understanding of risk analysis methods and the management of major industrial risks. You know how to simplify complex technical information to turn it into engaging and visual educational materials. You already master, or are eager to explore, new digital tools (Articulate, Canva, Generative AI) to modernize training. You can manage a project from A to Z, from the design phase to final delivery, with method and autonomy.
