General information EPCm - Senior Project ManagerYOUR MISSIONSPlease consider that we welcome applications from all group locations.The Senior Project Manager leads the execution of complex infrastructure or energy projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, investment committee assumptions, and contractual obligations. The Head of Projects manages a team of Project Managers and oversee all phases from feasibility to final acceptance, including potential involvement during the O&M phase.Strategic Oversight & Portfolio ManagementSupervise the execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring consistency in methodology, quality, and performanceEnsure alignment of project execution with investment committee decisions and strategic KPIsMonitor portfolio-level risks, budget adherence, and schedule performanceLead steering committees and escalate critical issues to senior managementTeam Leadership & DevelopmentManage, mentor, and develop a team of 4-5 Project ManagersDefine individual and collective objectives aligned with departmental goalsEnsure balanced workload distribution and resource allocationPromote a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvementGovernance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with internal governance, legal obligations, and external stakeholder requirements (lenders, authorities, offtakers)Oversee the implementation of E&S, HSE, and quality standards across all projectsValidate key project deliverables and ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholdersStakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary interface between Project Managers, Asset Owners, PMO, Engineering, Procurement, and financing teamsFacilitate coordination with external consultants, Owner's Engineers, and governmental bodiesSupport the reporting and drawdown processes with lenders and ensure audit readinessPerformance Monitoring & ReportingConsolidate project progress, financials, claims, and risk logs at portfolio levelEnsure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and external stakeholdersLead lessons learned and REX processes across projects to foster continuous improvementProcess & MethodologyStandardize project execution processes and tools across the teamEnsure proper use of cost control, scheduling, and risk management toolsPromote best practices in contract management, commissioning, and close-out proceduresQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCESProven experience in managing large-scale, complex infrastructure or energy projectsIn depth knowledge in solar, wind, hydro, and/or storage energy fieldsIn-depth knowledge of industrial project construction or the energy sectorDeep understanding of EPC contracts, project finance, and stakeholder coordinationStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilitiesFluent in English; other languages are a plusMaster's degree from an engineering schoolMaster's degree in project management or PMP is a plusIn-depth knowledge of HSES regulationsProficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, etc.)KEY SKILLSPersonal skills:ThoroughnessAutonomyStrong interpersonal skillsOrganizationReactivityAdaptabilityLeadershipProfessional skills:Managerial skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to respond quickly in various professional situationsResilience to stressEnjoyment of work on construction sitesAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and develop action plansNegotiation skillsIf this opportunity excites you, apply nowREFERENCE2025-2491COMPANYVoltalia France SALOCATIONFranceBUSINESS LINEOrganisational structureCONTRACT TYPEPermanent ContractCONTRACT DURATIONSTARTING DATENov-25
