Commissioning Superintendent (EIA)Location : Dunkirk, FranceStart Date : February 2026Project ContextStage: Execution phase of a major gas terminal project.System/Sub-system split: Already done (not part of this role).Main Tool: PIMS for tracking and reporting.Team Size: Will vary during phases (0 to 10 people).Environment: High safety standards, French regulations, and complex multi-discipline coordination.What We Are Looking For We need a senior-level Commissioning Superintendent with strong E&IA expertise and proven experience in gas terminal commissioning. This person will lead all COM activities on site (Level 1 & 2), ensure compliance with French regulations, and coordinate vendors (mainly automation) during critical commissioning phases. The ideal candidate is fluent in French, has electrical authorization (H0B–BE minimum), and is comfortable working in a highly regulated environment under Decret 92 (preferred). This role requires hands-on leadership, document control rigor, and excellent communication skills to manage interfaces between construction, engineering, and operations.
