We're seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Derivatives & Post-trade team in Paris.You will be primarily responsible for: 1. Project Management & DeliveryManage end-to-end projects in line with Euronext's Project Management methodologyPlan, coordinate and deliver complex projects from initiation to operational go-liveDefine, monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resourcesTrack project economics, costs and financial reporting using Euronext tools2. Business, Product & IT CoordinationWork closely with the Product Owner to define project scope, business case, client and system impacts, roadmap and stakeholdersEnsure business and functional requirements are complete, validated and shared on timeTrack IT delivery activities (specifications, development, testing, implementation), with or without an IT Project ManagerAnimate business workstreams by defining deliverables, owners, deadlines and quality criteria3. Governance & Stakeholder ManagementSet up and run project governance (project and steering committees, gates, escalation processes)Prepare presentations and materials, draft minutes and ensure follow-up of actionsBuild and obtain sign-off on RACI matricesCommunicate effectively with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders4. Risk, Compliance & Operational ReadinessIdentify, track, escalate and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing solutions and alternativesManage key project artifacts (planning, KPIs, reporting, risk & action logs, change governance)Ensure internal and customer readiness, business acceptance criteria and regulatory requirements are metSecure regulatory non-objection in collaboration with Regulatory, Product and Risk teamsYour Profile:Degree-level education or equivalent, with a solid understanding of project management methodologiesMinimum 5 years' experience delivering complex projects end-to-endPMP certification is a plusStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple topics in parallel in a matrix environmentExcellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skillsProactive, rigorous and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detailStrong customer focus and ability to anticipate client needsAbility to deep dive into complex topics and synthesize for senior managementStrong conflict management and resolution skillsExperience in an international and multicultural environment is a plusAbility to quickly understand market models, services, processes and technology solutionsStrong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory)Fluent English required; French and/or Italian are a plusKnowledge of financial markets is a plusApply by submitting a CV in English.
