We manage the entire cyber security lifecycle, including Cyber Risk Management, Compliance and Assurance, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Security Operations, Cyber Awareness as well as active role in delivering solutions to our customers. If you are driven by innovation and aspire to secure a highly dynamic, global organization, this is where you belong.About Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering The Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering department, within the Cyber Security organization, establishes and delivers Cyber Security reference architectures for IT and OT domains, ensuring the alignment with business needs and is responsible for performing comprehensive cybersecurity reviews of IT and OT architectures and solutions. In addition, it is responsible for designing and delivering security solutions for both IT and OT domains.Cyber Security Architect As a member of the Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering department, the individual serves as a Subject Matter Expert in designing and reviewing both IT and OT architectures. The Cyber Security Architect delivers Cyber Security services on a global scale for Technip Energies, encompassing enterprise IT, OT, suppliers, partners, and clients. This role is responsible for integrating security best practices into architectural and design reviews, as well as leading comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments for both new and existing initiatives. The role can be based in our office in Paris, Lyon or Barcelona with the possibility of hybrid remote working.Responsibilities Apply cyber security principles to solution architecture, ensuring secure design and implementation for both IT and OT environments. Align stakeholders throughout the architecture and design process to maintain consistent security standards and objectives. Develop, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity programs to measure effectiveness and progress. Identify and resolve issues directly or escalate them appropriately to ensure timely and effective problem-solving. Serve as the lead authority on cyber security architecture, integrating security requirements into all solution designs and architectural reviews. Lead and participate in comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks in alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. Ensure adequate security capabilities, planning, and support for new business initiatives while maintaining a strong security posture. Advise technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed, risk-aware decisions through clear and factual communication. Collaborate across global teams, business units, and clients, providing hands-on technical expertise and promoting knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement. Promote cyber security awareness through guidance, presentations, policy and standards development. Continuously assess and improve the portfolio of cyber security capabilities, addressing current and future gaps to balance effectiveness, cost, and complexity. Foster collaboration and information sharing within cybersecurity teams and support global incident response efforts as needed. Identify opportunities to leverage best practices and enhance areas in need of improvement within the security framework. About you:We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements: At least 5 years of relevant technology experience in cybersecurity or IT architecture Experience with cybersecurity and/or enterprise architecture methodologies; Experience either with working within a global large -scale company or a SaaS provider Fluent English In-depth knowledge of information security standards and certifications, including ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC2 Type 2, and IEC 62443. Strong understanding of security domains: audit, continuous monitoring, incident response & recovery, cryptography, secure data communication, malicious code, application security, secure operations, network security, security architecture & models, network segmentation, security management practices, investigation & ethics. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools would be a plus (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Archimate, UML). Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques. Strong technical writing and effective interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and participate as a team player. Self-organization and follow-up skills.
