Your leadership and experience will be key to support the project manager in the execution of the program Who You Are: You are a structured and organized project experience person committed on deliveries and capable of leading a group of people toward a common objective.. You thrive in collaborative environments, are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and can effectively communicate in both English and cross-functional teams. You enjoy providing structure and clarity in high-impact programs and are confident using Project Management digital tool and processes. What You'll Do: You will be in charge of all the missions and tasks delegated to procurement responsible of the IRIS2 project Identifying in the project all the tier1, and lower tiers procurement that needs to be put in placeOrganize all the procurement activities of the IRI2 project and in particularSourcing (i.e identification of potential bidders)Consultation documentationRFI/RFP processSupplier's offers evalutation (RFI/RFP)Decision boards: Tender Evaluation Board (TEB), Tender Senior Board (TSB)Contractualisation with the supplierFollow-up of the contract execution after eignature until completion of the contractWithin this missionYou will be the focal point for EUT with the SpaceRise consortium for the procurement activitiesYou will guarantee a coherent approach with respect to the overall IRIS2 objectivesPlanningCostContractual commitment flow-downYou will interface with all the stakeholders of the program and of the company:Project manager (Direct report)Projects segment managersCommercial and ContractLegalFinanceYou will formalize the procurement process of IRIS2 in the Business Mangement SystemWhat You'll Need: Proven experience in procurement, in particular in complex industrial and organizational environmentA background in space programStrong awareness on key processes and tasks as described aboveLeadership to drive and coordinate a team of various skills, companiesExperience in Project Management digital toolsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFluency in English (written and spoken)Availability in Issy les Moulineaux with regular travels to Toulouse.Eutelsat treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
